OOTD - Girls Night Out

Anyone who knows me will know that I am a girl who loves to party. Any excuse to get out on the dance floor and I'm there. The thing I love the most is getting ridiculously overdressed, which has resulted in 75% of my wardrobe only being wearable 25% of the time!

Sadly the town I live in does not have a big party scene, and a lot of the girls who go out are in trainers (!!) so in my usual night out attire I stick out like a sore thumb. This is my look for when I still want to go sassy, but not so attention seeking. I love this faux leather skirt, I think it's probably the most worn item in my wardrobe. It goes with everything and can be dressy or for the daytime. My favourite way to wear it is probably flashing a bit of flesh by tucking in a sheer or a lace top with some really nice underwear.I got it ages ago but you can get a really similar here from Missguided

On this occasion I decided to go a bit more understated and just teamed in up with a BARGAIN of a black chiffon cami from George at Asda at £5 (definitely my guilty shopping pleasure) with a pop of my favourite colour in the shoes from new look - £27.99. I finished off the look with this cute little New Look tribal necklace for about £6.99 and of course, the item I am never without - my gorgeous rose gold Michael Kors watch.

For my makeup I went for my usual brown smoky eyes (with my new Naked 2 pallette!!) and a pale pink lip because I wanted to keep the look quite soft.

Let me know what you think in the comments. Do you think it's better to be under or over dressed?
