One of my favourite trends of late has been co-ordinates. I love the brightly patterened 'matchy matchy' look that is taking fashion by storm at the moment. However, given that the look has mainly lent itself to crop tops and body con skirts... It kind of leaves the curvy girls who aren't wanting to flash the flesh out a bit. Counting myself in that category I wanted to find a way to make the trend work for me, and my body shape so I thought I'd share it with you.

Now I know some of these fall into 'suit' territory rather than co-ords but I think it's the same principal and dressed now with a simple vest top and flats it can look just as cute and summery. Shorts are a great choice as they are way more forgiving than a skirt - I like the security of a proper waistband to hold you in. The main key to why I have chosen these is that the tops are loose fitting and LONGER so no awkward belly flash. I have the Primark one which I love (see here) and I mix it up with my mint New Look blazer for work. I think The Fashion Bible's offering will be next on my list.

Which one is your favourite? Do you have any more tips for tackling co-ords as a curvier girl?
