Sleek lip palette in 'Siren'

Hello beauties! Happy Saturday! I have been meaning to blog about this product for a while but it managed to sneak into the bottom of my makeup drawer to go forgotten until now. Sleek have got absolutely huge in the last year or so, their product offering and price point is so right that they can do no wrong in many bloggers eyes. I was attracted to this lip palette when on the search for the right 'redorange' by the 'Kiss Me' shade but they are all very wearable to me.

Clockwise from top left: Love Me > Desire Me > Miss Me > Kiss Me

Sleek describes them as a mix of satin, matte and gloss shades however I'd probably call them all matte with the exception of 'gloss' Kiss Me. DM is a great every day coral/red pink and I think it really suited me and went on very nicely. KM was very tricky to apply (although a brush is provided - thanks Sleek) and took a while to get right but I loved how unusual the colour was when I finished (see another look with it here). MM was probably a bit too peachy for my skin tone but I'd love to see that colour on someone with a warmer complexion. I was actually quite enamoured with LM, it was so glossy and
comfortable to wear. It was a little gloopy in the pan and on the brush but I'd just take that as a lesson to apply carefully.

For four lip colours £8.99 is pretty reasonable as they were all long lasting and needed little retouching. I can imagine for a night out eating and drinking it could be fiddley to take this and the brush around with you but maybe that is just me. I'm not used to applying lippie with a brush and I could really get used to that kind of precision. You can get this palette straight from the Sleek website here, I think Mardi Gras or Ballet are next on my list!

Until next time!
